Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By placing an order with Trade Trophy, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom Products

Every Trade Trophy product is individually manufactured to your specifications using the certificate, text, logos, or other artwork you provide.

As each item is made exclusively for you, orders are considered personalised goods and cannot be resold.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files, names, account information, dates, spelling, and other personalised details are correct before completing their purchase.

Trade Trophy is not responsible for errors contained within customer-provided files or information after production has commenced.

4. Production & Changes

Our production process begins shortly after an order is received.

Because your plaque is manufactured specifically for you, we cannot guarantee that changes, edits, or cancellations can be accommodated once production has started.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately. While we'll always do our best to help, modifications cannot be guaranteed after manufacturing has begun.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or option

  • Customer-uploaded errors or incorrect information

  • Preference-based issues after production

Refunds, replacements, or repairs will only be offered where:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit;

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect; or

  • We have made an error during production that differs from your approved order details.

Any issues must be reported within a day of delivery and supported with clear photographs.

6. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Trade Trophy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has been dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading certificates, logos, or other artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.

You grant Trade Trophy permission to reproduce the uploaded content solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. Under no circumstances shall Trade Trophy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
