Shipping Information

At Trade Trophy, every order is custom-made to order. Unlike mass-produced products, each plaque is individually manufactured, engraved, inspected, and packaged specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this personalised production process, delivery times may vary depending on demand, production schedules, and destination.


Order Processing

Production begins shortly after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully received.

During this time we:

  • Review your uploaded certificate and order details.

  • Prepare your custom engraving.

  • Manufacture and finish your plaque.

  • Complete quality inspection before dispatch.

If you notice an error with your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.

However, because every item is custom manufactured, delivery may occasionally take longer during periods of high demand, international shipping, customs processing, or courier delays.

Please allow up to 30 calendar days from the date of your order before your shipment is considered delayed.

These delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.


Shipping Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available).

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take several days to appear after your parcel has been collected.


International Shipping

Trade Trophy proudly ships worldwide.

International customers may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included within the purchase price or shipping costs.

Customs clearance procedures may also extend delivery times.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, Trade Trophy cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier networks

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order has not arrived after 30 calendar days, please contact us and we'll investigate the shipment with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Trade Trophy cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within a day of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the product.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, we'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
