Our Custom-Made Products

Every Trade Trophy plaque is individually made to order using the personalised certificate, text, logos, and information you provide.

Because each item is created exclusively for one customer, it cannot be restocked or resold.

For this reason, please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

Returns

As our products are personalised and manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Ordering the wrong product or size.

  • Incorrect information, spelling or dates supplied during checkout.

  • Errors contained within uploaded certificates, logos or artwork.

  • Personal preference once production has begun.

Please double-check all uploaded files and personalisation details before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Production begins shortly after payment is received.

If you need to change your order, contact us immediately after purchasing. We'll always do our best to help.

However, once your order has entered production, materials, labour and machine time have already been committed specifically to your personalised item. As a result, changes, cancellations and refunds can no longer normally be accommodated.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping;

  • Defective due to a manufacturing fault; or

  • Different from the personalised details you submitted because of an error on our part,

please contact us within a day of delivery with photographs of both the product and its packaging.

Where appropriate, we'll repair, replace or refund the item.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered where:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect;

  • The wrong item was supplied;

  • Your order was not produced according to the personalisation you submitted; or

  • A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.

Refunds are not available simply because a personalised product is no longer wanted after production has begun.

Before You Order

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Your order is being created specifically for you.

  • The personalisation you've submitted is accurate and final.

  • You've reviewed your uploaded files before checkout.

  • You understand that personalised products cannot usually be returned or refunded once production has commenced, except where required by law.
