  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or errors in pricing or product information.


2. Pricing


  • Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where specified.


3. Payment

4. Shipping


  • We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location.

  • Once your order has shipped, TradeTrophy™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Returns and Refunds


  • Due to the personalized nature of our glass awards, refunds are only issued if the item is returned within 1 day of delivery.

  • To request a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.

  • Damaged or incorrect items will be remade and shipped at no cost to the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • No exceptions will be made to the 1-day return window.


6. Personalization


  • All awards are custom engraved to the specifications provided during purchase.

  • TradeTrophy™ is not responsible for errors in the personalization submitted by the customer. Please double-check all spelling, capitalization, and account details before submitting your order.

  • If the checkout does not allow you to upload your certificate or image, please reach out immediately via email at trophytrade4@gmail.com.


7. Warranty


  • TradeTrophy™ products are crafted from premium optical-grade glass.

  • We guarantee craftsmanship and quality.

  • If your award is damaged during delivery, we will remake and ship it free of charge.


8. Limitation of Liability


  • TradeTrophy™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Our liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the purchase price of that product.


9. Governing Law


  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
