  To request a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging intact.

  Damaged or incorrect items will be remade and shipped at no cost to the customer.

  Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  No exceptions will be made to the 1-day return window.
  

6. Personalization

  All awards are custom engraved to the specifications provided during purchase.

  TradeTrophy™ is not responsible for errors in the personalization submitted by the customer. Please double-check all spelling, capitalization, and account details before submitting your order.
